My car broke down while driving home from work and had to get a tow but when I called i was told they were booked until the following week when i needed the car the next day to go back to work. I Spoke to Dan who was knowledgeable about the car and thoroughly explained possible issues with it. Super friendly, professional and great service. Ended up with the car the following day and the technician stayed over time to have the car ready for me. Overall, 10/10 recommend Ultimate Bimmer for anyone who needs their car worked on.

My experience with Dan was excellent. He is a BMW enthusiast and walked me through the pictures of parts needing repair. He was honest about the work that needed to be done and what could wait. I will be bringing both of my BMWs here for all maintenance!

This review is based off my experience over the phone with Dan and Heather. First off setting up an appointment with Heather was very inviting compared to most dealers. I ended up having to cancel my appointment and I spoke to Dan. He was asking about my car a little bit and I had a few basic questions as a first time BMW owner and Dan was very nice and spent a good amount of his time talking to me about my questions. Also telling me to call or text him if I have any questions about my car in general is a awesome thing to hear. I’m definitely excited to bring my car in for a oil change and build a good relationship with this group of people!!
